# Noteefy Acquires Metolius Golf to Expand Course Operations Platform

Golf technology company Noteefy has acquired Metolius Golf, combining Noteefy’s 
demand-management platform with Metolius Golf’s operational-data tools.

Noteefy helps golf courses refill cancellations, reduce no-shows and manage booking
demand, while Metolius aggregates information from tee sheets, point-of-sale systems,
accounting, marketing and other sources into a unified dashboard.

The combined platform is intended to give operators a clearer real-time view of 
demand, financial performance and operational trends, with AI-assisted recommendations
covering areas such as pricing, staffing and marketing.
