<p>Our Vital Records office collects, processes, corrects and issues copies of birth and death certificates.</p>
<p>Ensures patients have safe access to medicine for a number of qualifying health conditions, and licenses non-profit producers and dispensaries in the state.</p>
<p>WIC is the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). It is a federal program administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and our Public Division.</p>
